Internal rules

We are welcoming you at “Le Gîte de la Joubretière” and we thank you in advance for taking good care of it.

We assure you of all our help to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Arrival /departure:

For one week stay (Saturday to Saturday) : 
-    arrival between 4pm and 7pm (If you expect to arrive after 7pm please phone or message us)
-    departure between 9am and 11am

Parking

You have parking facilities, on public road, close near to the access door, which shall be always kept closed (key).

Maintenance 

Due to Covid 19 the cleaning/disinfecting is required (45 €)

In any case, it will be asked to correctly take care of the gîte during your stay.
At your departure, household appliances shall be cleaned, the fridge/freezer free from food, dishes washed, BBQ cleaned and the waste bins emptied.

Towels are not beach towels and must stay in the cottage.

Do not throw anything in the toilet other than toilet paper.

Deterioration – Break – Loss

An inventory of entry and exit will be made

It is likely that your insurance policy includes a clause covering this type of risk during your stay. Upon signature of the contract, we will ask for an insurance certificate.

Breakages should be reported in order that it can be rectified before the next clients arrive. If not replaced by yourself, it shall be holdback on the security deposit, if not enough it will be extra charged.

Smokers

Smoking inside the gîte is forbidden. An ashtray is at your disposal outside (it is asked not to through your cigarette ends on terrace or in the garden).

Animals

Animals are not accepted, not because we don’t like them, but because we have an adorable Great Swissy Mountain Dog of 62 kgs.

Children

For the same reason, children under 12 are not allowed

Number of guests

Planed to comfortably accommodate 2 people, a sofa-bed make it possible for a third person to sleep.

The number of occupants in the rental contract must be respected

If  not respected, the owner will refuse access to the gîte and the total amount of the rental will still be charged

Of course you can invite whoever you want but under any circumstances they are allowed to stay and sleep in the gîte

Noise

We are asking you to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood by avoiding excessive noise between 11pm and 8am

Dustbins

Selective bins will be at your disposal for your waste

The owner reserves the right to cancel your booking and to evict any person who does not comply with the internal rules or causing neighborhood disturbances.
